Chloe Temtchine a singer, songwriter, speaker, vlogger on a mission to use her music & story to bring awareness to Pulmonary Hypertension (PH), and to the importance of organ donation. In August of 2020 Chloe received a life-saving, double-lung transplant. PH is a VERY difficult disease to diagnose as its symptoms mirror those of many other diseases.
