I hereby sign off on the final recording and edits of the above named recording project and I approve the work as a completed project. INFINITE RECORDING STUDIOS has completed the project satisfactorily and that Infinite Recording is not responsible for any additional discovery of errors in the Release. All agreed upon work and time commitments have been met.
