RICH TRAVALI

Rich Travali began his career at New York’s legendary Hit Factory Recording Studios.  He’s mixed & recorded artists ranging from from Jay-Z, Nas, Big Sean, Britney Spears & Robin Thicke to Stevie Wonder, Sting, Billy Joel, and Luther Vandross and Paul Simon — including the latter’s “The Rhythm of the Saints” LP, “The Capeman” musical, & “Paul Simon’s Concert in the Park,” which earned him an Emmy Award Nomination for live sound mixing.

Travali went freelance in the 1990s as Hip Hop and R&B were exploding. He began working with Puff Daddy in the early days of Bad Boy Entertainment, who called on him to mix the majority of Notorious B.I.G.’s debut album. For the next two decades plus, Travali mixed numerous Platinum and Gold Records, with Billboard #1 hits in the Pop, R&B, and Hip Hop genres. Notable producers and artists including Robin Thicke, Pharrell, The Neptunes and The Trackmasters routinely continue to utilize Travali’s expert skills in many of the finest studios in New York, Los Angeles, Miami, and Paris.

Travali mixes in his private facility on the Jersey Shore, while maintaining relationships with several world-class studios in New York and New Jersey for clients that require his recording skills in addition to mixing. Rich is proud to lend his services to clients on all levels of the industry: major-label, indie and self-financed.
